Federal pell grants help?

If anyone could please give me some information on my questions for pell grants:

(answer in order please, just so it's easier)

1. If you are 21 years old living with parents, what is the amount of income the parents must make each year in order to qualify for a pell grant for nursing school and its prerequisites?

2. What exactly do pell grants cover? Just tuition? Books? Lab fees? Anything else?

3. How do you apply for a pell grant? What information do you need in order to apply? Qualifications?

4. Is it true that you do not have to pay back a pell grant if you complete the nursing degree? (for RN or BSN)

5. How long does a pell grant pay for your schooling if you have already qualified for it?

6. In which circumstances can you NOT get a pell grant for whichever reason?
