The Federal Pell Grant has been raised to $5,500.00. This amount of money will help moms get back to school with less financial worries than they might have had in the past. Oftentimes, moms do not get the chance to return or begin college because of money. Now, that no longer has to be their reality.

Another factor that can help moms is the many online degree programs that are out there. You may be able to complete a degree program without ever having to leave your home which can certainly help if child-care is a concern.
