Is there a loan or grant for single mothers that helps with living expenses so I won't have to work full time

I work full time and go to school full time. I really need to work part time asap because the classes are getting harder and it's difficult to schedule all my classes at night. I can't afford to work part time but a friend told me there's a grant that gives you like $10,000 just to live on. If this exists, please tell me how I can apply for it.
